ASUS continues its collaboration with Bang & Olufsen unveiled two new models of the Asus N53 and N73. This is Asus N53JN N73JN and equipped with technology Optimus nVidia.

A collaboration between ASUS and note Bang & Olufsen created two new mobile series Asus N53 and N73. It is dedicated to multimedia solutions, equipped with powerful Intel processors and the latest technology Optimus nVidia dealing with activities, so automatically, the dedicated video card if the computing needs of the moment dictate. Asus N53JN and N73JN, these trade names of the two new models, they differ substantially for the form factor, 15.6 inches by 17.3 inches by the first and the second, as the acronym suggests. Both devices provides the user the full power of Intel Core (i5 2.4-GHz Core Asus N73 and i3 2.4 GHz Asus N53) and have a discrete video card nVidia GeForce GT 325m 1 GB of memory (which can be made available in the near future also the GeForce 415M GT, not yet officially announced).

The RAM can reach 4GB guaranteeing a certain longevity to the products while, as regards storage, hard drives are planned in various denominations up to 500 GB. Asus N73JN model can be equipped with two 320GB hard drives reaching 640GB capacity considerably. The networking section consists of Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR module.

The configuration of the two notebook includes an integrated webcam, ideal for keeping in touch with friends and colleagues, optical drive (optional on Bluray), Lithium Ion 6-cell lithium and Windows 7 operating system from Microsoft.

Evidently, a component that distinguishes the two devices is the display. N53JN ASUS 15.6-inch panel features a LED backlight with a resolution of 720p, while his older brother uses a version of 1600 x 900 pixel resolution. According to the information that are circulating on the Internet in the last hour, ASUS N53JN enter the manufacturer's price list in November 2010 and will cost close to $ 1,000, approximately 780 euros at current exchange rates.

The 17-inch model will be priced $ 1,700 (1,340 euros) but it is unclear when it will be released on the market. You can not predict an exact date for availability in our country.
