Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 splits
Panasonic announces two new versions of the Panasonic Toughbook CF-52, with higher performance, better graphics and more mobility. The standard version has a new Intel Core 2 Duo P8400, which together with the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset, the 160-gigabyte hard drive and 1 gigabyte of RAM, provides outstanding performance and maximum mobility. The second model, or High Version, has instead of an Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 Intel PM45 Express chipset.
The standard model features a bright LCD screen 15.4-inch active matrix widescreen WXGA resolution, and model version offers a high resolution WUXGA, ideal for complex graphics. The two models of the Toughbook CF-52 are a real alternative to traditional desktop and provide excellent performance even outside the office. Thanks to the practical pull-out handle and weighing only 3.4 kilograms, laptops are easy to transport, while providing considerable strength.
For office applications and multimedia complex with Windows Vista Business or Windows XP Professional, you need hardware performance art, and it is precisely in this area that the new Toughbook CF-52 are distinguished. Equipped with the Mobile Intel GM45 Express chipset in conjunction with the Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (High Version: Mobile Intel PM45 Express Chipset with Intel Core 2 Duo P8600), the two notebooks excel in speed and low power consumption.
The model with the RAM expandable up to 4 gigabytes, offers excellent performance even with the most complex applications. The CF-52 has a further strength in battery life: with up to 7 hours, the Toughbook allows business a long time without using external power and are proposed as an ideal support outside the office.
