Panasonic Toughbook CF-52 and CF-74 with Centrino 2
Panasonic has updated its family of rugged mobile computers and semi-rugged, integrating the new Intel Centrino 2. The new laptop, Toughbook CF-52 and Toughbook CF-74, will be equipped with latest-generation processors, Intel Core 2 Duo Penryn, and graphics cards to date. The hard disk will have a capacity up to 160GB and the system will be equipped with faster networking Wi-Fi 802.11n. The Toughbook CF-52 belongs to the category semi-rugged and will have a 15.4-inch screen, compared to the 13.3-inch display model of the CF-74.
This latest version comes with a carrying handle and offers access to 3G/UMTS networks (optional). Resistant to water, dust and high temperatures, the new Panasonic Toughbook deisgn feature a sturdy chassis and a magnesium alloy, with secured interface, hard disk technology with anti-shock and anti-glare LCD panel for ensure optimal viewing even in open spaces with sunlight. The Panasonic Toughbook is sold with three year warranty and 24-hour support on 24.

The Panasonic Toughbook CF-19 has obtained ATEX approval, in accordance with the applicable European Directives, as in the past his predecessor CF-18, the first portable computer category to get it.
